  • CXXC5 is a nuclear zinc-finger protein that functions as a negative feedback regulator of the canonical Wnt/β-catenin pathway by binding the PDZ domain of Dishevelled (Dvl), thereby inhibiting downstream β-catenin transcriptional activity
